The Link Drive System is a specialized mechanism integrated with the traditional rod-crank system to transmit motion to the slide. Built with robust cast-steel levers, special bronze bearings, and hardened 39CrMo3 pins, the system is designed to provide controlled and optimized slide movement.
The Link Drive System allows the movement profile of the slide to be optimized during the press design phase, including the approach, working, and return speeds. The system provides lower slide speed during the working area, supporting more controlled forming operations.
