Mossini Servo Presses combine the flexibility of multiple press technologies into a single, highly adaptable solution. The programmable servo drive system allows the press motion to be tailored to different forming requirements, providing greater control over speed, stroke, and working phases.

Programming a servo press work cycle requires detailed knowledge of forming processes, servo motors, drives, and control systems. To simplify operation, Mossini has developed and standardized the most commonly used work cycles based on decades of experience in press technology. Instead of programming complex motion profiles from scratch, operators can simply select the required working mode from the control panel.

In Pendulum mode, the eccentric shaft rotates between two positions located symmetrically around the bottom dead center. The direction of rotation is reversed at each stroke, allowing precise adjustment of the slide stroke regardless of the number of connecting rods.

Pendulum with Slowdown adds controlled speed reduction during the working phase. The operator can select from three different levels of speed reduction, providing greater control during forming operations.

For applications with specific production requirements, Mossini can also develop special work cycles tailored to the customer's forming process.
