Automated Stroke Adjustment for Greater Flexibility

The Automatic Stroke Change system allows the press stroke length to be adjusted by changing the engagement angle between the eccentric shaft and the eccentric bush. This changes the combined eccentricity and, consequently, the movement of the slide.

Fully Automated Adjustment

The system automates the complete stroke adjustment process, from disengaging the eccentric bush from the shaft to the final re-phasing of the cams. This enables fast and controlled stroke changes without requiring manual adjustment of each stage.

Operator-Controlled Stroke Selection

The required stroke length can be selected directly from the operator control panel. During adjustment, the touchscreen displays the progress of the procedure in real time, allowing the operator to monitor the process easily.
