Advanced Forming for Complex Tooling

Designed for particularly complex tooling and demanding forming applications, Hydraulic Triple Action Presses can perform advanced operations, including reverse drawing in a single step. The system combines two-way tooling with a lower blank-holder, providing three controlled forming actions within the press and greater flexibility for complex forming processes.

Independent Side Control

Within the limits established during the machine design phase, the two slides can move independently from one another with different speeds and pressures. This allows the forming sequence to be precisely adapted to the requirements of complex tools and applications.

Mechanical Coupling

When required, the two slides can be mechanically coupled and operate together like a conventional press. This provides additional flexibility, allowing the press to perform conventional pressing operations as well as specialized triple-action forming processes.

Fully Programmable Working Cycle

The working cycle can be developed according to the customer's specific tooling and production requirements. Once defined, the complete cycle can be programmed and controlled directly from the operator panel, providing precise and repeatable operation.
