Featuring a direct-coupled spindle, servo-driven tool magazine, A-type column structure, and roller-type linear guideways, it delivers accurate tapping, fast tool changes, and excellent dynamic stability.
With its compact footprint and high-speed machining capability, the VTX-5II maximizes productivity while minimizing floor space.
FEA-reinforced column and spindle head structures increase X-axis deformation resistance by 25%, improving lateral cutting stability. Combined with DB-arranged roller linear guideways, the machine delivers enhanced rigidity, load capacity, and machining accuracy.
The long-nose spindle minimizes interference when machining box-type workpieces. With large-capacity bearings and a high-torque spindle motor, it delivers up to 84 Nm of torque, rapid traverse speeds of 60 m/min, and acceleration up to 1.2G for powerful and efficient machining.
The system detects incorrect tool positioning and incomplete clamping, immediately alerting the operator to help prevent tool damage and ensure safe, reliable machining.
