Optimized High-Rigidity Structure

The machine structure is optimized through finite element analysis (FEA) to enhance both rigidity and reliability, enabling high-performance machining with heavy-duty cutting capability, high precision, and increased productivity.

Pre-Tensioned Ballscrew

All three-axis ballscrews are preloaded to reduce thermal deformation caused by temperature rise, minimizing the effects of thermal expansion and ensuring stable machining accuracy and consistent machine performance.

High-Efficiency Chip Removal

The machine base features a coolant flushing system integrated with a dual chip evacuation design, effectively reducing chip accumulation. An optional dual auger chip screw system is available to further improve chip removal efficiency and reduce manual cleaning efforts.

High-Speed Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
